I am trying to lose weight to get surgery date ASAP ... I was 219 and I thought I would be 214 by now .. but I m just 218 ... and I have been doin eveythjng that I can do ... lots of protien ... 1200 calorie diet ... walking ... and in 2 weeks it's just 1 lbs lost ... I feel so low :( ... and feel like eating all the unhealthy stuff I have at home :(
