day 1 of pre-op liquid diet

Oh man am I having a mental battle! today is day 1 for my liquid diet and I almost forgot I was even on it lol but I didn't break and im praying for a easier day tomorrow

Yea I was feeling that way a few weeks ago but now things just got real its a mental battle and im trying to fight when is ur date?

Keep up the good fight - I am day 6 and toady was easier than yesterday, which was easier than Wednesday, etc. The first two days were really tough and I am still getting bouts of head hunger but it was easier today. Today was the "June Birthday" day at work and I "got" to attend the department Birthday party which featured 2 dozen of fancy gourmet cupcakes in all kinds of flavors and I was able to drink my zero calorie Sobe Lifewater and not feel too bad. I just posted on another pre-op diet discussion where a gal said that week 2 is even easier - so I feeling better about being at home all weekend, rather than work where I am not staring at my husband and 17 year old who both can anything they want as much as they want and never gain weight...
