Jaime_Boston 44 Posted June 5, 2014 I can't believe I'm almost 3 months post op. I've lost a total of 75 pounds and need to keep going. However, went on vaca and blew my normal routine and need to get back to where I wouldn't let sugar of any kind touch my lips. !! I'm think back to liquid diet for a couple weeks. I cook and then I'm bored with what I made so I don't eat. I drink my shakes no problem in the AM. I STOPPED tracking foods bc I never finish anything but I'm def grazing again. Help! Forsythia 882 Posted June 5, 2014 I've never been the best eater. And I get home so late some times that cooking is just not an option I buy frozen meals like lean cuisine or Atkins and stock them in the freezer. Even if I don't eat the entire tray of beef merlot, at least I know that it is a finite quantity that doesn't allow me to graze. If you only eat half a tray, just put .5 in in myfitnesspal (or wherever you track). 2 JadedMage and Jaime_Boston reacted to this
JadedMage 39 Posted June 5, 2014 I haven't had the surgery yet, my date isn't until next month but i have already started to try to make some changes. Its really easy to roll back to your normal routine, i know i have dont it at least a million times. But I would have to say the most important thing you can do now, is track your intake, dont stop tracking. For me, tracking keeps me grounded.
