It's always hard specially if you don't have anyone telling you lol thankfully I did and made myself do it now this time I need to get back into it and yes it's not much but would like to see how I feel with that weight and if I don't feel comfortable I will gain weight ???? you don't have anyone to join you for a walk or start working out with?
