Do you have problems with protein bars?

I like the Snickers Marathon Protein Bars, even though they're hard as a rock, they really satisfy my sweet tooth.

I chew them a lot but I think the pieces are somehow re-assembling into a gooey glob inside the pouch. Does that sound crazy?

Anyone else have problems with bars--Snickers Marathon in particular?

I haven't, yet, had any problems, but I'm sure that a PB is not out of the realm of possibility.

I personally like the special K ones. They have less gooey stuff in them. My band doesn't seem to like anything gooey. LOL!

I like the Atkins advantage bars, they are pretty tasty decent amount of protien and very low carb, they do fill you up quick though they really are a Meal Replacement more than a snack. I suppose on a tight day they could cause at the very least a nice sliming session as every bar I have ever tried, and I've tried tons, are all pretty dry.

I use mine as a Meal Replacement too. Way too much for a snack. They're a good Breakfast on the run though.

I stay with my protien drinks just to be on the safe side. I start my day with them.
