lylabelle 257 Posted June 7, 2014 The body needs fat. If you are eating low carb (around 20g a day) then your fat and Protein should is fine being higher. Honestly, try to add some butter to a scrambled egg, a little more fat in the meat. Your body may need the fat and higher calories to get going.
