I'm strongly considering purchasing the up24 to track how much walking I'm actually getting in an it tracks your sleeping habits as well. I no that there are alot of these kind of trackers out there, but want to no if any of you have tried them an whats your take? I want to get one but due to there being so many don't no which one to get!

Does the UP24 transfer everything to ur phone an computer wirelessly? Is it comfortable? I'm really leaning towards it but I've read so many reviews about it getting caught on things. The up24 is the only tracker I've found so far that has the alarm that will wake u up out of ur sleep

Yes, it syncs with my iPhone and computer wirelessly. They have different types of fitbits. Some are waterproof, others are not. I have the Fitbit One and its not waterproof, but it does monitor my sleep. I used that feature for a while, but don't use it anymore. Its very comfortable, I just hook it to my bra and forget about it.

I have a Fitbit Flex and love it. I also have the Aria scale. I wear my Flex everywhere, including the shower. Even had it in a swimming in a swimming pool and it was fine. I am not sure if that is ok. I don't think it is waterproof, just Water resistant.I have had the Flex since October. It syncs with My Fitness Pal, which I use for food tracking. It automatically syncs with my iPhone, my iPad and my computer.

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
