Dondie Olivia 56 Posted June 3, 2014 At my six week follow up, I was told I could have regular coffee. Just as a treat, once a week. As of today.2.5 months out, I haven't had regular coffee yet. Being doing a why bother. Decaf coffee, fat free half and half and stevia. definitely a why bother. I concur with others, if you crave it, have it. Life isn't about denial, it is about experience. Bob2013 326 Posted June 3, 2014 The night of my surgery there was a cup of coffee on my hospital dinner tray. May have been Decaf? Not sure. But I was drinking regular coffee after a few days post op, and I drink about 20oz every morning. Of coarse I am using a sugar substitute and fat free half and half. It has not had any effect on my weight loss. 1 MoBee reacted to this
