sleeved215 23 Posted May 31, 2014 Not to be graphic but are you moving your bowels ok? I know a lot of PPL post op have bm issues and maybe in conjunction with Water weight you are blocked up. erp 2,016 Posted June 2, 2014 What is good to use for Constipation? ? Milk of magnesia works well. Ducolax is good too. Fiber One Cereal, berries and Quest bars are good food sources of fiber.
