healthiermommy 7 Posted May 31, 2014 As anyone had this? The pain is not always there but when it hits it feels like I'm being stabbed under my ribs. Had CT, ultrasound and labs done all looked good. But has been three days and it really sucks. Any help would be amazing
kltklass 144 Posted May 31, 2014 I would call and speak with your surgeon. They would know better than us. 1 Gr8fulMiniMe reacted to this

kltklass 144 Posted May 31, 2014 Everyone is different. Still, it wouldn't hurt to call them and check. It could be gas, constipation...anything. Good luck to you and keep us informed.
Niecy624 0 Posted May 31, 2014 I'm 5 weeks out and from time to time I experience the same pain you mention. When I looked into the forum to see if anyone else experienced the same problem I found a couple of people who had a hernia repair along with the sleeve that had this same pain. And ironically my doctor performed a hiatal hernia repair on me as well.

Did u have an IVC filter placed before surgery to prevent blood clots? Not trying to scare you but its something I would inquire about with the surgeon. Wishing u the best.
