tiki luv banded 6 Posted May 30, 2014 GOD's blessings!! You will do great!!! After anesthesia, take it easy. Walk when you can, it will help with the gas and shoulder pain. I failed to do so and I'm paying for it now. Follow the doc's order to the t!! Relax and enjoy what's to come!! Today makes my 6th day banded. And it's getting better and better every day. I took full advantage of my pain med, it dulled the gassy sensation a lot!!! Don't try to do too much and remember this phase is for healing more than anything. I'm sharing things that I struggled with. I hope it helps!!

pink dahlia 2,513 Posted May 30, 2014 Dont forget to take a BIG bottle of Water and a chapstick with you. I came out of surgery with bad cottonmouth, it took all day and alot of water to get rid it. Dont forget to follow your Drs orders on walking, water, rest and pain meds. My surgery and recovery was very easy, hope yours goes well too ! Good luck, it was sooooo worth it !
