I have Medi-cal and it covers bariatric surgery right now. I had six months of weighing in with my doctor and all the other tests.

I'm using dr. Eslami. He's located in Sacramento Ca. On his website is the list of requirements for surgery. I think it's slimlifesolutions.com.
