Gained 4lbs in one day...

Sure has. Water and any kind of Fluid consumption can add weight. It's not fat weight, just weight. scales don't discriminate between water retention and fat loss.

Ive gone up or down 2 lbs in a couple hours if I believed my WW scale. I use the scale as a guideline , not a lifeline. You might choose to stay off your scale and go by how your clothes fit.

I usually will "gain" 2-4 pounds during a couple hour bike ride...and thats my goal now. But I will drink 10 pounds of Water or more during longer rides.

I weigh myself before and after most all longer exercise sessions....just to make sure I'm not getting dehydrated.

Easier said than done, but don't fret over the daily fluctuations...It'll drive ya crazy.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
