You can just bring a referral from your primary physician once you make the appointment with the surgeon

BwaltD, I have a question- how much Water can go down with medicine? I need drink at least 8oz with thyroid medicine- wondering how that will work?

8 ozs may take you abit, but it is do-able. I can take in around 1.5 ozs per sip, wait a few mins and take another.
