elfnow 277 Posted May 28, 2014 I've lost 110 lbs since my heaviest.... 95 since pre-surgery diet (1/27/14) 75 since surgery (2/10/14) Today I put on size 20 "skinny" jeans... And took a picture in the mirror and sent it to my partner. During our conversation, he texted me: "You are at the point where the phrase "you look fantastic" no longer needs the follow up "compared to where you were". And I don't see "compared to where I was" when I look in a mirror, I just see me now. He also paid for my surgery out of pocket. So I'm glad he approves of the results so far. I found him on the internets! And he's not traditionally "handsome" or "sexy", but he's been losing weight with me (he's lost about 30 lbs exercising with me!) .... And his heart is absolutely FIRMLY in the right place.... And that's the most important part of all, isn't it? FWIW, Madame reverie, he's often all about monosyllabic grunts in person....
