How do you handle not eating at work

How do you handle no lunch outings and essentially not eating when you go back to work? What did you say to people? Help me out old timers.

The few times it's come up, I tell them I had a big snack a little earlier and was still full.

I still go out with groups to eat. I just eat what I can and use the rest for leftovers. Or I don't eat and just drink and enjoy the company.

I went back to work when I was still on liquids and said I was on a juice- like fast. That way everyone understood why I wouldn't eat when we went out or why I would refuse the Starbucks run. Now that I can eat food I usually just stick to ordering Soup. But I'm still only 3.5 weeks out.
