Busting through the curse of the lost 4th grader

So today I hit the 70 pound lost mark! Exciting huh? That's about the weight of a 4th grader. Well, this is about the 4th time I've hit that mark. The other 3 times I hit a plateau, got frustrated, long story short, I ended up gaining all of it back with an extra 50 pounds. So I declare war on the 4th grader and I'm going to bust through this curse this time and make it history! Onward and downward!!

I'm excited. A small victory for some but a huge one for me. I have for once, in a lifetime of dieting, lost over 70 pounds....and this time I'm not worried about gaining it all back! It's so freeing it's ridiculous. Anyway....onward and downward!
