karina33 23 Posted May 27, 2014 well you know it was a long weekend, I did slip up a little this weekend but today is a new day and time to get back on track, ive been feeling a little discouraged because I haven't been getting the results ive been hoping for, & im one of the ones that has a melt down when I don't see results right away lol but I will just keep pushing forward and eating clean....I do however need to incorporate way more exercise to my regimen....hope you all had a great weekend!
