Tx.Doll3 30 Posted May 27, 2014 And well I just graduated college....I really fell off the weightloss wagon this past semester and so I haven't lost any weight since the beginning of January. I'm stuck at -70 pounds I know by now everyone else has lost over 110 but I haven't and my lack of dedication and letting school consume my life got the better of me. I've been working out since graduation but have not lost any weight. Has anyone else gone through this and how did you get back on the wagon? My surgeon didn't set a goal for me by my one year and I hear from everyone that they meet with their dietitians regularly...mine hasn't contacted me since my post op appointment. TBodmer71 245 Posted May 27, 2014 First....Congrats on graduating. Second......Congrats on the 70 lbs lost. Do not compare yourself to others. This is your journey and only your journey. The goal is to be healthy. If you haven't reached that yet, then you still have time to get there. It is not a race. Don't rely on your nutritionist and/or dietician to schedule to see you. You need to reach out to them. It is time to jump back on the bandwagon. It is good that you recognize that you need too. It is a matter of doing so. If you continue with a sensible diet and exercise the weight will start to come off again. Best of luck to you. Keep up the great work!
