butterfly2014 128 Posted May 27, 2014 The 12 day stall I had a few weeks ago can kiss my butt goodbye! I slowly got off the stall finally with losing 1lb then 2lbs the following week and now this week I have lost 6lbs! Im Rockin it! Feels so good to exercise and see that it helps alot with the losing process. I do yoga and weight training 7 days a week. Im so PROUD of myself! Especially when I was depending on a walker for over a year cause of a car accident that injured my back and leg and now with losing these 29lbs in the past 6 weeks has really helped take pressure of my back and Im not depending on the walker much anymore. So you see there is a light at the end of the tunnel fellow sleevers. Whether your having a hard time with your liquids, solids, working out etc Remember this is a lifestyle change and we need to use this tool to the max to succeed in the end and be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am 6 weeks postop, eating solids in small portions of course cause my little sleeve gets full fast as expected. Im working out, something I couldnt do before surgery cause of back/leg injury. I am slowly seeing my light. Im 31 yrs old, 5'4... Start Weight 289 Day of Surgery 281 Current weight 260 Stay Focused, Determined, Dont give up and remember it will get better! 2 StayingStrong and 1Day1Life4Now reacted to this
