stuck! help

so i had a fill about 4 weeks ago (i believe my band is right around 4cc) and i went through the usual you know adjusting to eating smaller portions/ smaller bites no big deal not anything bad, well about a week ago my allergies flair up and now I haven't been able to eat pretty much anything for 4 days now i can drink liquids as long as its tiny sips at a time? does anyone else have this problem i really don't want to get an unfill since i think its just my allergies causing me problems i have an appointment with my surgeon next week Im hoping that i will feel better before then.

Hi there, sorry you are experiencing this. I just had my revision from band to rny. You are doing the right thing by getting a little infill. I you can have huge issues if you are throwing things up. I would Try drinking Protein shakes till u get in doc and maybe cream of chicken Soups with added unflavored Protein.

And if it's stuck walk around or take a walk. You also might put your hands above head.

Don't mess around with dehydration! Keep an eye on this and keep sipping. If you start feeling symptoms of dehydration such as dark urine, headaches, extreme thirst, call your doctor and get your fannie in asap

But I get the allergy thing. Just be wise and don't be a hero just to lose weight. Losing Water weight will just come right back as soon as you hydrate.

I went to see the doctor yesterday he unfilled me a teensy bit and I instantly felt better!! He should all of my sinus drainage was to blame!
