jaysleever 61 Posted May 26, 2014 I can honestly say that ever since I've been using the nutribullet that I've definitely seen an improvement. For example people complain about Constipation so I experience it also. So I've decided to use raw cabbage banana blueberrys or mixed berries flax seed or chia seed. jaysleever 61 Posted May 26, 2014 (edited) well basically I use cabbage as a base veggie or one could use kale and spinach. I often put a piece of fruit for flavor and add chia or flax seeds. I use Water for consistency as this will count towards total daily Fluid intake. There is no limit to the ingredients you can use however listen to your sleeve when you try different recipes. oh I will add 1 ounce of raw almonds. also be aware of any bloated feeling that you can adjust the ingredients to what will be comfortable for you.
