kah1213 311 Posted May 26, 2014 Do you track your food/calories? I found that really helped me. 1 ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this
tkeuler 3 Posted May 26, 2014 I'm finding the my fitness pal app to be great. I had stalled at 60 pounds for 3 years and now I'm dropping using that app. 2 kah1213 and changedchristy reacted to this
2muchfun 8,927 Posted May 26, 2014 Do you track calories and how many a day? 1 ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this
SandyM 1,956 Posted May 26, 2014 I agree with tracking. They add up alot faster than you think. Also, you might want to increase your exercise, at least during the losing phase. 1 ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this

☠carolinagirl☠ 18,721 Posted May 28, 2014 the way i see it, as long as you lose (steadily) no matter how fast or (slow) a loss is a loss now that i am losing (slow via numbers) i am thankful just to be losing now..watch the calories (3500 calories ate or drank is a pound and to lose weight, we must burn off more than we take in calorie wise)... hang in there 1 2muchfun reacted to this
