I had my surgery July 1-2013 the beginning I was losing weight and for the last five months I only lost like 2 pounds since my surgery I've lost 24 In total I work out 3 to 4 times a week I'm at 6cci was at 7cc but I was to tight so I had to get some fluids removed I fell like I should be loosing more weight don't know what I'm doing wrong!

I agree with tracking. They add up alot faster than you think. Also, you might want to increase your exercise, at least during the losing phase.

the way i see it, as long as you lose (steadily) no matter how fast or (slow) a loss is a loss

now that i am losing (slow via numbers) i am thankful just to be losing now..watch the calories (3500 calories ate or drank is a pound and to lose weight, we must burn off more than we take in calorie wise)... hang in there
