lkleigh 38 Posted May 25, 2014 I've been doing a lot better with my Fluid intake lately, but sometimes I still wake up in the middle of the night feeling thirsty. Of course, my urine is still very dark in the morning. I'm just wondering if it is ever possible to get to the point where your urine isn't dark in the morning. I suspect the answer is no, since we aren't drinking for eight hours while we sleep, but I was just curious.
Mrs.RRn 2,111 Posted May 25, 2014 Of course your urine is more concentrated in the morning, but it shouldn't be "very dark." How many oz of liquid are you getting?
lkleigh 38 Posted May 25, 2014 I guess I shouldn't have said "very". I've just started getting 64 in the last few days....finally. 1 Mrs.RRn reacted to this
Josh2xh 70 Posted May 25, 2014 Just curious when you are taking your supplements? I.E. Calcium, Multi-Vitamin etc...
InfiniteButterfly 438 Posted May 25, 2014 Hmm...my urine's not dark in the morning (but I usually get up at least once or twice to sip Water during the night because our house is terribly dry and I get horrid cottonmouth if I don't) It may be a little darker than during the day, but only by a degree or two. lkleigh 38 Posted May 25, 2014 I usually take my multi with my meals and the Calcium in between.
Josh2xh 70 Posted May 26, 2014 I usually take my multi with my meals and the Calcium in between. I am wondering if taking any of your supplements late in the evening might be causing the Dark Urine.
