@plopez I am scheduled for my EGD on 6/12/14. You will have to let me know how the procedure went and if you experienced any side effects. I am nervous about this procedure.

2 hr drive. lol tough

Mainly gas pains hurts in left shoulder but walking helps ..

Not sure what to drink

Dr has said any liquids but nurse said clear

How do I get Protein?

Congrats getting to band land! Mine is Tuesday and I have a 2 hr drive too...I told the hubby maybe we should just drive to the mall that's near the hospital and just walk for a bit afterwards...not sure if that's even feasible.

I wasn't ready to walk that long but walking definately helps the gas. We stayed in hotel night before .. True Results supplied us 50$ gas carf
