AZ/Janice 4 Posted May 24, 2014 You just had MAJOR surgery do give yourself a break. You will get stronger every day! Just make sure to take your Vitamins, they made a huge difference for me. The first ten days are the hardest, then it gets better!
Chelly 364 Posted May 24, 2014 When you get two weeks out you will start your Vitamins and really start to feel better. Make sure you are getting in your Water and Protein. Lack of those will cause lack of energy. Remember you just had major surgery and it takes your body awhile to adjust. I do recommend that every hour or two you get up and move around because it will help with pain and healing. Feel stronger every day.
