213 this week I came to the realization that "I" need to get myself back on track! I have been a little lax about not getting enough Water and Protein and I am sneaking in carb-snacks. So...it is back to the grindstone to see what I can do to determine my results for next week. I already put in 10 miles today, met my Protein goal and exceeded my Water goal...off to a great start!
