Beef Jerky Raw Almonds Quest Protein bars Pantry Selections Protein Bars (I get mine at www.mybariatricpantry.com) Single serving shake mixes (and a Blender Bottle w/ the wisky thing that goes with it) If you have a cooler... cutlass6521 127 Posted May 24, 2014 Protein bar and your powdered Protein shake mix plus a shaker cup-you can always buy Water to mix, especially if you are flying to your destination-no liquids allowed. I was terrified of traveling. Worried about what I was going to be able to eat. Better to over pack than not.
