pookybear 284 Posted May 23, 2014 (edited) So I've been lacking in Fiber, as most of us probably are. I've decided to start having 'green' drinks for Breakfast. I had one yesterday and another today. Strawberries, raspberries, 1/2 banana, and spinach. I'm going to pick up some Chia seeds this weekend to start adding them as well. I created 3 recipes that are high in fiber and acceptable calories for a meal. I'm already feeling a little better having them the past 2 days. Anyone try these or have smoothie recipes to share? A couple of times in the past few days I got Immunizer™ from juice It Up: Apple, cucumber, spinach, celery, kale, lemon. pookybear 284 Posted May 28, 2014 (edited) Today I have this one: 1/2 pear 1/2 banana 1 cup spinach 1/3 cup organic rolled oats 1/2 tbsp chia seeds Cinnamon 1 cup Water 3 ice cubes I will be sipping on it all day, but it's yummmmmy!
