drinking 30 min before & after

I had a two week pre op diet. There were no restrictions for drinking in that diet.

I was wondering if everybody follows this rule, not drinking 30 min b4 and 30 min after...I try very hard not to..30 min before is ok..but I usually have to have a sip while im eating...really trying to break this habit....but I always feel guilty when I do it... like im pushing the food right through even tho I still only eat small portions ...

many different answer but i say go by what you doctor recommends for best results.

i drink right up to the time i eat....and wait 20 to 30 min afterwards....(if i need to, i sip)..there is no right or wrong ..just do the best you can.
