angie0187 24 Posted May 21, 2014 The last few days I hAve woke up with stiffness in the neck and horrible jaw pain and teeth have been hurting ... Could it be that I am not taking enough Calcium?
Ginger Snaps 1,323 Posted May 21, 2014 Are you sleeping OK? I'm thinking maybe you're sleeping with your head at an odd angle and/or grinding your teeth. My sister used to get terrible cricks in her neck when she had seasonal allergy problems. I can't imagine a Calcium deficiency would give you symptoms like this. kpay10 95 Posted May 21, 2014 How far out from surgery are you? I had some jaw pain and a stiff neck for the first week. I attributed it to the breathing tube and angle of my neck during surgery. Heat and Tylenol helped.
MaMa DeB 21 Posted May 21, 2014 I had sensitivity in some of my teeth after surgery. It almost felt as if I had some cavities without fillings. And it would hurt to brush my teeth. It lasted about 3 weeks for me.
