swimbikerun 1,046 Posted May 20, 2014 I can feel for you. Seriously well ... You will eventually grow used to it. I normally eyeball stuff. I'm farther out than you are though. It does get better but food can be an issue at times.

James Marusek 5,244 Posted May 20, 2014 I am 1 year post op on gastric bypass RNY operation. I struggled for a long time with the regiment. It took me 6 months to reach a happy state. Now things are O.K. I have described my journey in a short article titled How I Survived Bariatric Surgery. The article includes recipes that helped me through it. http://www.breadandbutterscience.com/Surgery.pdf 2 green*eyed*girl and DevilBlueDress reacted to this

moonlitestarbrite 902 Posted May 21, 2014 time to look for other things to add into your life that will make you happy. for many of us, food is our life... hobby, friend, preoccupation. food isnt that important anymore. time to move on and expand your life to include new things you can love and will bring you pleasure. 2 tkauhi and DLCoggin reacted to this
