Debi Amador 120 Posted May 20, 2014 When I was in High School I loved to run. And I ran every night after work until I got pregnant with my 12 year old. While I was pregnant I had horrible morning sickness that didn't go away until after I delivered him, but the morning sickness always hit worse at night so I stopped running. Yada Yada Yada I never got back into running and got fatter and fatter. Tonight I decided I was going to try to run around the block and I did it. It took me 15 minutes and I'm sure most runners would have said I was jogging but to me it was a run. I came home and laid on the floor panting like a dog for 10 minutes but I did it, and wanted to share! 8 AvaFern, TonyaMac, danaevett and 5 others reacted to this

TonyaMac 93 Posted May 20, 2014 I recently started running. Yes "avid" runners would call it jogging, but it is running to me! I can do a 14 min mile on average and can now run 3 miles straight before I have to walk- but I'm out there doing it! Who cares how long it takes- you did more than most on any given day! I did my first 10K a few weeks ago. I was dead last- BUT 4 girls behind me quit during it. So I might have been last but I finished and I didn't quit!! Good for you! Keep it up! 2 Debi Amador and AshleyMidwife reacted to this
AvaFern 3,516 Posted May 26, 2014 Good for you! I also run at a pace some people would probably call a jog, but it makes me happy. Keep up the good work! 1 Debi Amador reacted to this
