Unhappysleever 39 Posted May 20, 2014 Can anyone tell me how many calories/protein I should be consuming at just over 4 mths ( I generally eat between 500-800) but have no idea on Protein, don't do shakes or yoghurt. Savedbygrace22 28 Posted May 20, 2014 Unhappy Sleever, You can add Protein Powder to your food. For example you make chicken Soup, add a scoop of Protein powder which is about 24 gms of protein. Also you can make double milk. Skim milk plus a scoop of FF dried powdered milk adds about another 24 gms to your milk, depending on the labels. I hope you will be happy soon.
