For Protein I'd say about 80 per day

You can add Protein Powder to your food. For example you make chicken Soup, add a scoop of Protein powder which is about 24 gms of protein. Also you can make double milk. Skim milk plus a scoop of FF dried powdered milk adds about another 24 gms to your milk, depending on the labels. I hope you will be happy soon. We are here for you and for each other.
