SkinnyScrapper 57 Posted May 20, 2014 I was only allowed three shakes per day, plus sf Jello and sf ice pops. The first 2 days were tough...then after that I didn't mind it as much. I felt this was the beginning of my journey and just something I had to do..I didn't crave food after those 2 days. Jenuine629 24 Posted May 22, 2014 I started my pre op diet yesterday. My surgeon has me on two slim fast shakes a day and one Protein veggie meal a day. A small snack of yogurt or fruit is allowed. Yesterday wasn't so bad, but today I'm starving!!! I'm trying to drink a lot of Water to help curtail this. I'm in the diet for two weeks prior to surgery. I hope it goes by quick.
