Doing Feeling Great

Today marks 3 months I decided to make a life changing decision to have gastric bypass. As of today I'm down 88 pounds. I'm over whelmed with joy. I never thought I would be able to exercise or even get on rides with my daughter. This is one decision I do not regret. Any February surgeries Holla at me would love to here how you guys are doing!

I drink my Protein shake in the morning. And I eat every two to three hours very very small meals of course. Yes I work out 3-4 times a week. This includes zumba, toning and over all cardio.
