If you are a veggie fan it works out great. I've done it with zucchini in the past. But honestly, I am 5 weeks out and able to eat regular pasta. I'm buying Protein fortified to add a little extra protein to my day. I'm not a big veggie fan especially when I can have the real stuff.

Ramon noodles, microwave mac n cheese, regular pasta mixed with tuna. I've had perogies. Tonight I had part of a lean cuisine cheese lasagna. I've not had an issue with any of it. I was allowed to add pasta at the start of week 4. Now I will say, it freaks my mother out that I am eating pasta because she said it was several years before she could, but her program didn't allow it or bread. Mine allows both.
