Hello I have 2 questions How are you doing and how much have you been able to lose in the past month. 2) what is the mash stage and what kind of foods are you allowed to eat.

I had my surgery 1 yr ago . Don't have any idea about the mesh. Are u having the sleeve? I have lost 35 lbs but nothing recently. Very frustrated! Starting today on nothing but Liquid Protein. Wish me luck!!
