I just cut it because it was driving me nuts. I tried to pull it but it hurt too much

If it doesn't easily slide out, don't pull it! It's probably best to just leave it alone anyway.

I'm now going on 7.5 weeks post op and all of my incision are healing up nicely. Getting very small, but one of the two still had something poking out. I was able to rub it just now and another stitch slid out.
