I haven't and don't intend to because they all contain the bread wrap.

I just looked at those at the store this morning. It's a pretty thick wrap with what looked like one thin slice of meat and one slice of cheese - mostly wrap. I passed on those and bought the P3 Portable Protein snack by Hormel. 170 calories, 11g fat, 3g carbs and 14g protein. It's a pretty small snack, but seems just about right for a sleever.

I had one of those once-- just last week in fact. Was pretty good, very filling. Only ate half of the bread part of the wrap but ate all of the meat and cheese. I had the ham and swiss one. Pretty tasty and gets the job done on the go!

I wouldn't waste my space on a wrap- I figured I'm better off just buying a pack of turkey w/ cheese sticks.

I was also looking at them, and started googling, and saw that these taste testers on YT said they are not that great. Think you can buy some ham, turkey, whatever cold cuts, and make a wrap with lettuce, and actually tastes really good.

I like the P3 Protein Snacks better, more protein and less carbs, and they were buy one get one at my local grocery

Just been waiting until time for my consult with my bariatric surgeon. It's scheduled for Jan 9th. Turns out I won't actually be seeing him. Apparently it'll be with his P.A.             Not sure what to expect. I thought this is where the surgeon would discuss the best surgery option for me. For years I had my heart set on the sleeve, but I've read so many people have issues with reflux - even if they've never had it before - that they've had to be revised to the bypass. I already deal with GERD & take 40 mg of Omeprazole daily, so I started studying about bypass and honestly, it seems like it might be the better choice for me. How can we discuss surgery options if the surgeon is not there?
What happened at your first consult? Trying to get an idea of what to expect, or maybe I should say, what NOT to expect.
