ddsweighin228 28 Posted May 14, 2014 I am so ready to start working out I called my doctor and asked if I could start kickboxing the nurse said I need to wait at least 2 more weeks, I had done kickboxing at one time I didn't lose any weight but I did tone and I could feel the difference so now I am excited because I feel like with whatever weight loss I have accomplished if I start kickboxing I will tone even better... Then you start boxing and right in the middle of boxing the instructor will holler out to do lunges, squats, pushups, jumping jacks or leg kicks at the end of class you end with pushups, planks, and crunches . I use to go at 3-4 days a week and they alternate mondays boxing, tuesdays kickboxing and so on Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
