sleeved215 23 Posted May 13, 2014 I never thought I would say this but I am excited to be in the gym! Who woulda thought that it's actually fun (at least in my opinion). I'm only 2 days into my gym experience (2wks postop) so of course I'm taking it easy. I go at my own pace and am looking forward to building up my stamina and maybe one day actually being able to run on the treadmill. Until that day come I'll continue to walk lol.. sleeved215 23 Posted May 13, 2014 Thank you so much. I been at a stall this past week and it's frustrating considering I'm only 2 weeks out. I would have never thought I would lose nothing my second week post op. That was motivation for me to get back into the gym and really focus harder on my fluids and Protein intake so I can have a reasonable loss this upcoming week.
