browneyedgirl1981 32 Posted May 12, 2014 I have two questions... 1. Do Protein Drinks count toward the amount of fluids we are supposed to have daily? 2. Is a Protein Drink considered drinking before/after eating like other drinks? CowgirlJane 14,260 Posted May 12, 2014 In my program, we counted Protein drinks towards fluids - a big deal in the early weeks since it was hard to get enough Fluid in.
