So I had surgery 3 weeks ago and I have only lost 20 lb and I feel like I am at a stall I am stuck at 230 . I am feeling alittle discouraged

20 lbs at 3 weeks sounds good to me! I was at 14 lbs at week 3. Good luck!

That's great!!! I'm on my 3rd week as well.. and I lost allready 20 pounds as well...
