Vtsoutherngal 52 Posted May 11, 2014 My parents are visiting up from North Carolina and of course today is Mother's Day and we are taking her to her favorite restaurant... Chinese Buffet. Of course, it is my favorite too!! Not quite one week post surgery and I am thinking some egg drop Soup is about all I will be able to eat unless someone can give me more ideas??? No-Noodle LasagnaThis recipe is suitable for the pureed food stage.Ingredients:Low fat ricotta cheeseSpaghetti sauce (look for sugar free sauce)Grated parmesan cheeseDirections:Put two tablespoons of ricotta cheese in a bowl. Top with one tablespoon of spaghetti sauce and one tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese.
