terry1118 1,274 Posted May 10, 2014 I went for my 1yr labs this week - my 1yr post-op is in two weeks. The lab is in the same building as my endocrinologist office. He was very supportive when I made my decision to have WLS and I haven't seen him since August when I weighed around 180-190 (two months post-op). He has watched me struggle with my weight and unhappiness for 15 years. I decided to stop by his office to see him and show him my progress. His look of shock and surprise, followed by his huge smile was worth the quick visit! He ran out into the waiting room to get a good look at me. He hugged me and congratulated me! It was a good feeling! :-) :-) :-) 5 MrsGloMartin, latido, Jessica.O and 2 others reacted to this
