Go for the salad if you care what others think. It looks like a lot more than it really is. Chew thoroughly. This only applies if your surgeon has you on full foods.

Thanks all. I'm still on soft foods but I was able to have scrambled eggs and some cheese from the cracker tray. For $17. Lol. It was a specialty buffet for Mother's Day rather than like a buffet restaurant so lots of rich stuff and seafood and stuff, no salad bar. I was at least hoping for cottage cheese lol.

Nobody said anything about my plate but I found out my mom has told my entire family without my permission about my surgery.

I'll have to look into that bariatric card for future reference though. That would be helpful for eating out.
