NMJG 1,266 Posted May 9, 2014 1 scoop vanilla Protein Powder 1 egg, beaten 1 tbl unsweetened coconut flakes 1/2 tsp coconut extract Tiny bit of Water to loosen the batter Preheat oven to 375. Mix everything together well. Divide into two muffin cups, sprayed with nonstick spray. Coconut oil spray works especially well. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Let cool. Makes one serving of two muffins. I found a recipe on EggFace for some chocolate donuts using Protein powder and Torani syrup...oh my YUM!!!
