I'm new to this, so bare with me. My surgery is on June 23rd and I'm working on losing some weight before I have it done. Does anyone have any suggestions for workouts?

I was only able to walk, pre surgery. But what really helped with my pre surgery weight loss was keeping track of everything I put in my mouth. The app My Fitness Pal is invaluable. (I lost 25lbs in about 14 weeks prior to surgery.)

I've lost 6 pounds this past week. I actually hate the my fitness pal app. I have a 30 pound goal in 8 weeks. I think I can do it! !
